This is a video I made for another contest. Actually, I don’t know if it’s a contest or not, but I just made the video. I had a lot of fun doing it (and a lot of not so funny -but still worth it- hours of work).
The song is completely made by me, from the recording of the train sounds and the sampling, computer made music and the actual guitar riffs. I know it’s not very complex but for some one like me it’s a big achievement, I learned so much! Though this is not the first song I make, this is certainly the first I put so much effort in, both on the music and video.

The festival is about a protest the citizens of this town are making to avoid a new railway they’re planning to build. This is what a person in the organization told me in an email:
Imagine: the railroad company plans to build an extension of the existing tracks right through your town. Because it’s loud (3000-6000 cargo trains per day) they build a 6 meter wall along the railway. That’s not enough of a noise shield, so about 4000 households get equipped with windows that are soundproof and cannot be opened - the houses get ventilation systems instead.
It’s sounds funny though it’s about to become reality.
The short films should visualize the consequences or thoughts about these plans: How will life be? Who’s gonna live there anymore? How does it affect me?

Vaya otro vídeo que me había perdido (me pregunto cuantos mas habrá), realmente muy bueno, sobre el comentario de Venegas, a mi mas bien me recordó a Depeche Mode, pero mas industrial, se ve que vas muy seguido a Amsterdan por tus buenas dosis porque alguien en sus cinco (bueno a ti te han de quedar como tres) sentidos no podría hacer vídeos tan creativos y contundentes, y es que viendo tus vídeos me doy cuenta de tu aguda critica al sistema totalitario y monopolitico que ejerce Linus Torvals sobre el derecho a criticar a Microsoft, maldito tirano acaparador de criticas, ¿porque ha de ser solo GNU-Linux la opción a quienes queremos un sistema libre?, déjenos vivir!!!!!!!!, por eso opte por no usar algún SO en mi pc, hasta ahora a funcionado muy bien, solo queda el programa de la compatibilidades (ningún programa parece ser compatible con mi pc), en fin es eso o es que finalmente he dado al traste con mi cordura, le historia me juzgara.

Pedrou, me gustó mucho tu comentario, pero no entendí nada. A mí de hecho me cae bien Bill Gates y mal Linus Torvalds, aunque los tres principales y más conocidos sistemas operativos de computadoras personales me gustan, cada uno tiene sus ventajas y desventajas, Win, Mac y Lin.

Ahh, me los saludas. A mí me cae bien Billy G porque yo también siempre hago trampa en el poker, pero la verdad es que es mentira. Torvalds, me suena no sé por qué, como Jorobado, Jorobalds o algo así, no sé. Jobs tiene nombre laboral.
